How does The Good Kitchen work?
The Good Kitchen offers a wide variety of meals for delivery, with a great paleo selection (although it’s worth noting that not ALL their meals are paleo).
To order, just visit The Good Kitchen and select the kind of plan you want (you can cancel or pause plans at any time). For Whole30-ers, we recommend hand-picking your meals and selecting the “Build Your Own” custom plan since not 100% 0f the meals offered by The Good Kitchen (don’t worry, we’ll show you how to distinguish compliant vs non-compliant meals below).
After you have your plan chosen, it’s time to select your meals! While all meals are paleo, you’ll still need to check ingredients to make sure that the meals are Whole30-compliant (click here t0 read more on the difference between paleo and Whole30).
Checking ingredients is easy. Just click any meal and a pop-up will appear displaying the ingredients and nutrition info.
Many meals are compliant, but some may contain coconut crystals, coconut nectar, honey, or maple syrup – which, although natural sweeteners, are not Whole30-compliant. Watch out for these!
After you have your meals selected, proceed to checkout and you’re all set (did we mention shipping is totally free? Hurrah!)
