Quick & Easy Whole30 Guacamole

Guacamole is a fan favorite dipping dish – and it’s totally Whole30 compliant! Whip up your own guac and go crazy!

Quick & Easy Whole30 Guacamole


  • 3 avocados
  • 2 plum/roma tomatoes
  • ¼ red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Ground pepper (to taste)


  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of cumin

Instructions: Open and scoop out the avocado flesh into a bowl. Mash roughly with a fork (it’s fine to keep some chunks in there). Add lime, salt, garlic, cilantro, onion, tomatoes, and pepper. Mix in optional spices if desired.

Enjoy! Store in the fridge with cover to keep fresh.
